Subscription & Payment Terms

These terms apply to paid subscriptions and upgrades purchased through Production Intelligence Engine. They form part of the Terms of Use and should be read with the Privacy Policy.

1. Products and pricing

The List is £119 / $119 per year. Boost is £239 / $239 per year and requires an active List subscription. The List + Boost is £358 / $358 per year. Registered access is free and does not require payment details.

UK billing addresses pay in GBP. Everywhere else pays in USD. Prices are intended to be tax-inclusive, with any final tax treatment and UK VAT details confirmed before paid sales begin. The checkout price shown before payment controls.

2. Founding Members

Founding Members pay the founding price for their first three subscription years: the year they join and the next two renewals. From the fourth subscription year, the then-current standard price applies. The founding price ends after cancellation, unresolved renewal failure, or termination. Re-joining uses the standard price.

3. Annual renewal

Paid subscriptions renew annually unless renewal is cancelled before the renewal date. Before launch, prices are informational only. At checkout, the renewal price, renewal date, payment terms, and cancellation method will be shown before confirmation.

We intend to provide a renewal reminder at least 30 days before renewal. You are responsible for keeping account information current.

4. Payment processing

Launch payment methods are cards processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store full card numbers. The intended statement descriptor is PROD INTEL ENGINE, subject to Stripe Dashboard and test-payment verification. Card issuers may display descriptors differently.

5. Boost timing

Boost is intended to share the List renewal date. If added part-way through a List year, the checkout amount will be calculated for the remaining period and shown before payment. Boost does not alter rankings, scores, credits, or the underlying intelligence.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel renewal through the account billing flow when available. Cancelling stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid subscription period. Cancelling the List also ends Boost at the end of that paid period.

7. Refunds

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy. We do not promise refunds for unused time, non-use, or forgotten renewals, except where required by applicable law or where a charge was made in error.

8. Changes and non-renewal

We may change prices for new subscribers. Changes to an existing renewal price will be communicated before they apply. We may discontinue or decline to renew a service with notice where appropriate, while preserving any mandatory consumer rights.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory consumer protections and local court rights that apply where you live.
