Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of Production Intelligence Engine at www.productionintelligenceengine.com, including its free and paid services, tools, data, and content.

Production Intelligence Engine is operated by Mechanon Strategic Investments - FZCO, licence 80473, Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority, Premises 80473-001, IFZA Business Park, Building A1, Dubai Digital Park, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter a binding contract. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity on your account. Account sharing, automated access, scraping, and reselling Platform data are not permitted.

2. The service

Production Intelligence Engine provides production intelligence for film, television, commercials, theatre, events, concerts, and related businesses. The service may include production activity, company and professional information, search, signals, rankings, scores, and related tools.

The service is scheduled to launch on October 12, 2026. Pre-launch pricing is planned launch pricing; no paid subscription is available before launch.

3. Intelligence and AI output

Information may be early, incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. It is intelligence to support professional judgement, not a guarantee of work, employment, hiring, casting, payment, or any commercial result. AI output may contain errors and is not legal, financial, or professional advice.

4. Paid services

The List and Boost are annual paid services described on the Pricing page and in the Subscription & Payment Terms. Boost is a clearly labelled featured-profile or visibility upgrade; it does not alter rankings, scores, credits, or the underlying intelligence.

5. Your content

You remain responsible for information you submit. You confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is not unlawful, defamatory, confidential without authorisation, or infringing. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, display, analyse, secure, and improve the service.

6. Fair use

You must not scrape, crawl, copy, resell, republish, systematically share, train a competing database or model on, bypass access controls for, or misuse Platform content. You must not use information to harass, discriminate against, defame, or send unrelated unsolicited commercial messages.

7. Professional contact information

Professional contact details are hidden by default. A professional may choose to make approved professional contact details visible to List subscribers and may hide them again. You must use any visible contact information only for legitimate professional purposes.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach, unlawful activity, security risk, payment issues, or operational reasons. Paid access and refund consequences are governed by the Subscription & Payment Terms.

9. Intellectual property

The Platform, its design, software, databases, compilations, rankings, scores, and content created by us belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

10. Availability and liability

We aim to operate the service reliably but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free information. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights, fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Subject to those limits, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the preceding twelve months, or £100 if you paid nothing.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this does not remove mandatory protections or rights available in the country where you live, including applicable rights to bring proceedings in your local courts. We do not require mandatory arbitration for the initial launch.

12. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms with a new effective date and will provide additional notice for material changes where appropriate. Terms, privacy, billing, legal, correction, and Fair Play requests may be submitted through the contact form.
