Fair Play
How Production Intelligence Engine keeps a level playing field.
Effective date: October 12, 2026
Production Intelligence Engine exists to help the entertainment industry understand what is happening on the same underlying rules. These principles apply to cast, crew, production companies, studios, suppliers, and related businesses.
1. Same rules for everyone
Every user type is assessed by the same underlying ranking, scoring, and verification rules. Paid access may unlock additional detail and tools, but payment does not alter the underlying intelligence, rankings, or scores.
We do not accept payment to suppress accurate lawfully published information or to move a person or production up or down in rankings.
2. Rankings and confidence
Rankings, working-now views, and confidence indicators are generated from data, credits, activity, signals, and source quality. They are not manually changed for individual subscribers. Labels and scores are our assessments, not guarantees.
3. Boost is labelled visibility
Boost is a paid, clearly labelled featured-profile or visibility upgrade. It does not change rankings, scores, credits, or the underlying intelligence. We will only describe additional Boost tools after they are operational.
4. Profile control
Professional contact details are hidden by default. A professional may choose to make approved professional contact details visible to List subscribers and may hide them again at any time. No one needs to pay to request correction or removal of contact details.
5. Credits and disputes
Credits may be claimed and checked against available evidence. Where claims conflict, we apply the same review process regardless of subscription, Boost status, or who raised the issue. Corrections and Fair Play concerns may be submitted through the contact form.
6. Honest data, honestly labelled
Production intelligence moves quickly and can be incomplete or wrong. We aim to show sources where appropriate, label confidence openly, and update information when we learn more.
7. Clear money rules
Annual pricing is shown up front. Planned launch pricing is available on the Pricing page. Cancellation and payment rules are described in the Subscription & Payment Terms. Paid access is not available until launch.
8. Accountability
If you believe we have breached these principles, submit a Fair Play concern through the contact form. We will route it for review and respond through the contact channel provided.
